Industrial engineer graduated from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology. Widely experienced as a business strategy consultant for companies, as well as in the design of strategic planning policies and implementation of Public Policies in Science, Technology and Liaising. Between 2012 and 2015, served as CONICET’s Vice President of Technological Affairs.

Juan Carlos Soria

Research and Development Manager

Holds a bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a Higher Diploma at FLACSO Argentina and a master’s Degree in Local Development at the University of Bologna, Italy. Previously served as CONICET’s Director of Technological Collaboration and as Undersecretary of Local Development and SMEs of the Province of Tierra del Fuego. Also served as an independent consultant for project management on regional developments and was as part of the technical team of the Argentine Industrial Union’s Department of Science and Technology.

Holds a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and a master’s Degree in Data Mining from the Austral University. More than 10 years’ experience working in Data Analytics for different companies, where led high-level interdisciplinary teams in the implementation of agile methodologies.

Eduardo Vallejo

Head of the Project Management, Capabilities and Liaising Office

Geologist graduated from the National University of Tucumán, with a Postgraduate in Petroleum Geology at the Higher Institute of Petroleum Exploration of the National University of Cuyo. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he participated and led numerous exploration and development projects in different South American basins for YPF, Pecom Energía of Argentina and Venezuela, and Petrobras Argentina. He joined Y-TEC in 2014 as a senior geology consultant, and later served as Business and Technology Transfer Manager.

Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience at YPF. Joined Y-TEC after serving as Business Manager of YPF’s Chemical Business and she previously served as Chemical Development Manager and Chief Product Officer in the area of Specializations.

Luis Ghisiglieri

Planning Support Manager

Certified Public Accountant. Holds a master’s Degree in Business Management. Joined YPF more than 25 years ago at his first position at Dock Sud Distillery. Worked in different areas, such as Downstream Chief Accountant, GeneralAccounting, YPF Gas Accounting and Revenue Management, until he reached Y-TEC in 2014 as Shared Services Manager.
