Ingeniero Mecánico por la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). Cuenta con un Máster y un Doctorado en Ingeniería Mecánica por el Instituto Tecnológico de Massachussets (MIT). Su campo de investigación es el área de la Mecánica Computacional, donde cuenta con numerosas publicaciones. Es Profesor Emérito de la UBA y miembro de la Academia Nacional de Ciencias Exactas, Físicas y Naturales.
Ha recibido diversos premios, entre los que se encuentran el Reconocimiento a la trayectoria UBA 200 (2021); Premio “Houssay Trayectoria 2013” del MINCyT; y el diploma al mérito de la Fundación Konex 1993 y 2003. Fue director General del Centro de Investigación Industrial de Tenaris durante 12 años y socio de la consultora Sim&Tec durante 13 años. Desde junio de 2020, forma parte del Directorio de Y-TEC.

Eduardo Vallejo

Scientific and Technological Support Manager

Geologist graduated from the National University of Tucumán, with a Postgraduate in Petroleum Geology at the Higher Institute of Petroleum Exploration of the National University of Cuyo. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he participated and led numerous exploration and development projects in different South American basins for YPF, Pecom Energía of Argentina and Venezuela, and Petrobras Argentina. Joined Y-TEC in 2014 as a senior geology consultant, and later served as Business and Technology Transfer Manager.

Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience at YPF. Joined Y-TEC after serving as Business Manager of YPF’s Chemical Business and she previously served as Chemical Development Manager and Chief Product Officer in the area of Specializations.

Es Contadora Pública Nacional por la Universidad de Salvador y cuenta con una Especialización en Evaluación de Proyectos. Ingresó a YPF en 2007 como Analista de Planificación y Control para el Negocio de Upstream en Comodoro Rivadavia, luego se desempeñó en áreas corporativas de Apoyo y Control de Gestión, y en 2019 asumió la Jefatura de KPI’s en Supply Chain. Desde julio de 2021, se desempeña como Gerenta de Planificación y Apoyo a la Gestión de Y-TEC.
